Warehouse Administrator – Burton on Trent

Shift: 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday Location: Burton on Trent, a short walk from the train station with excellent public transport links

💰 Pay & Progression

• Starting rate: £12.55 per hour

• Post‑training rate: £14.19 per hour

📦 What You’ll Be Doing

• Booking in deliveries and completing goods‑in documentation with accuracy

• Preparing dispatch forms and ensuring all outbound paperwork is correct

• Keeping stock movement records updated—digitally and on paper

• Working closely with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries

• Supporting stock checks and helping maintain accurate inventory

• Using Microsoft Word and Excel to update logs, create reports, and track activity

🔧 What You’ll Bring

• Experience in warehouse administration or a similar role

• Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

• Clear communication and a collaborative, team‑focused approach

⭐ Even Better If You Have

• Experience with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Hands‑on experience booking in deliveries and completing goods‑in tasks

• Familiarity with dispatch paperwork and outbound operations
