Position: Team Member Production Operative
Location: Toyota Deeside Plant, North Wales
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,387 per annum (£15.97 per hour including shift premium)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our production team, working in areas like Assembly, Production Control, Casting, or Machining, helping create world-class engines.

Your responsibilities:

• Help create world-class engines by following Toyota’s high standards
• Check and support quality at each step to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Share ideas to make things better and help the team improve together
• Be part of a supportive team where everyone contributes to success

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

• ·  Comfortable following clear instructions and producing high-quality work
• ·  Able to work on your feet and enjoy hands-on tasks
• ·  Pay attention to detail and take pride in doing a job well
• ·  Eager to learn new skills and try different tasks on the production line
• ·  Reliable and flexible with a willingness to work extra hours when needed
• ·  Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to improvements together

No prior manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support.

Shift Pattern

You will be required to either of the following shifts:

• Two-shift rotation (Day: 07:30–15:48 | Night: 20:30–04:48)
• Three-shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon, Nights)
• 39 hours per week + overtime opportunities during high volumes
• Compulsory overtime
