We’re on the lookout for skilled and dependable TIG Welders / Linishers to join our team in the white paint plant area of a fast-paced and friendly warehouse/manufacturing environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Location: S45 9 🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday on rotating AM/PM shifts

• Weekly hours confirmed every Monday – flexibility is essential

💰 Pay Rates: Before 12 weeks:

• Standard: £12.50 to £17.30 per hour

• Overtime: £18.75 to £25.00 per hour

After 12 weeks:

• Standard: £12.86 to £18.08 per hour

• Overtime: £19.29 to £25.70 per hour

🔩 Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding and linishing components for the white paint plant area

• Working on assembly lines and operating machinery

• Organising and storing weekly shipments

• Replenishing picking zones from overstock

• Conducting stock takes and pick/pack tasks

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Meeting daily KPIs for production and dispatch

• Following all health & safety and company procedures

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• TIG welding and linishing experience (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
