🔨 Fabricators / Manufacturing Operatives – Sutton in Ashfield (NG17)

Our client, one of the UK’s largest and longest-established manufacturers of window and door systems, is expanding—and now recruiting Fabricators / Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing team.

📍 Location: Sutton in Ashfield – NG17 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 4:00pm 💰 Pay Rates:

• Standard: £12.21 per hour

• Overtime: £18.32 per hour

🔧 About the Role: You’ll be working in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment, assembling high-quality window and door systems. From reading instructions and using power tools to installing glass and fittings, you’ll play a vital role in delivering precision-engineered products.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow assembly instructions

• Use hand and power tools to drill, cut, and assemble frames

• Glaze frames and install fittings like handles and locks

• Inspect and package finished products

• Maintain production schedules and test product functionality

• Identify and report damaged or missing items

• Support process improvements and stock movement (manual or forklift)

• Adhere to health & safety and quality control standards

• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

• Own transport (essential due to location)
