CNC Machine Operator – Elland (HX5)
Shifts & Pay Rate:

Weekends: Friday – Sunday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Pay ranges from £14.12 per hour rising to £16.68 per hour. (Depending on experience)

Temporary to Permanent opportunity. *Client are happy to also offer straight perm contract as well.*
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for CNC Machine Operators to join our client based in Elland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work within a successful manufacturing business.
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of woodworking machinery, including:

Edge banders
-
Drills
-
Crosscut saws
-
Beam saws
-
Routers
Experience & Requirements:
Previous experience within the wood manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Candidates with the following experience will be considered:
-
Operating woodworking machinery (edge banding, crosscut saws, drills, CNC, beam saws)
-
Working within a production/manufacturing environment
-
Replenishing stock to correct warehouse locations
-
Quality checking outgoing stock
-
Wood machinist/manufacturing background
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
-
Proven experience in a manufacturing/production setting
-
Ability to operate wood machinery confidently
-
Strong timekeeping and reliable attendance

Knowledge and experience with machinery from manufacturers such as;
- Biesse
- Homag
- Holzma
- Morbidelli
- SCM
- IMA
- Nanxing
