📦 Warehouse Operative – Day Shift | Chesterfield (S41)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Chesterfield. If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

📍 Location: Chesterfield S41 🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday: 6:00am – 3:30pm

• Tuesday to Friday: 6:00am – 3:00pm 💰 Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour 📈 Contract Type: Temp to Perm

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders

• Maintain accurate inventory control and report discrepancies

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe

• Conduct regular inventory audits and report issues to the warehouse supervisor

• Load and unload goods from delivery trucks or containers

• Label goods for easy tracking and retrieval

• Prepare shipping documents and manage logistics for outgoing shipments

• Inspect inventory for damage and report to management

• Follow health & safety guidelines and company procedures

• Support logistics and supply chain coordination within the warehouse

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
