🔧 Assembly Operative – Flexible Shifts | Location: S45 9

We’re looking for hands-on and dependable Assembly Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced and friendly warehouse environment. If you're quick to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday on rotating AM/PM shifts

• Weekly hours are confirmed every Monday, so flexibility is essential

📍 Location: S45 9

💰 Pay Rates: Before 12 weeks:

• Standard hours: £12.50 to £18.75 per hour

• Overtime: £18.75 to £25.00 per hour

After 12 weeks:

• Standard hours: £12.86 to £19.29 per hour

• Overtime: £19.29 to £25.70 per hour

🔩 Key Responsibilities:

• Work on assembly lines and operate machinery

• Organise and store weekly shipments in designated areas

• Replenish picking zones from overstock locations

• Conduct stock takes and pick/pack customer orders

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

• Achieve daily KPIs for stock handling and dispatch

• Adhere to company procedures including health & safety, punctuality, and data security
