🔧 MIG Welder – Join a Global Manufacturing Leader 📍 Location: Pilsley, Chesterfield 🕒 Shifts: Rotational

• Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 5:45am–3:45pm; Friday, 5:45am–10:45am

• Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 4:15pm–2:15am; Friday, 12:15pm–5:15pm

💰 Pay Rates:

• Mornings: £14.48/hr

• Afternoons: £17.81/hr

• Nights: £20.36/hr

• Overtime (Mon–Sat): £21.72/hr

• Overtime (Sun/Bank Holidays): £28.96/hr

We’re recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to join a renowned global manufacturing company based in the Clay Cross area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and forward-thinking production environment.

🔩 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welding mild steel to a high standard on a fast-paced production line

• Working to established work instructions, quality standards, and health & safety protocols

• Maintaining flexibility and initiative to meet production targets

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven MIG welding experience

• Level 2 in Welding and Fabrication (desirable)

• Strong grasp of welding techniques, particularly with mild steel

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Experience working to ISO6906 standards is a plus
