Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
- Support the commercial and residential Projects.
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Manage and monitor the projects to achieve the objective and control budget cost for the project
- Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, valutaytions
- collaborate closely with managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Attend meetings and site, clients inspections when required
- Preparation of Income and sub-contractor liabilities forecast, cash flow forecast and monthly internal valuation for management to achieve cost control of the project
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial and residencial projects, fit out, multiskilled workers, carpenters etc
✔️ Strong knowledge of SMM7/NRM and JCT contracts
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Italian language would be a plus
✔️ Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
✔️ Proficient in cost management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Causeway, or similar)
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple packages simultaneously
