Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software such as Civil 3D. The Construction Planner will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that align with both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage overall project timelines and detailed operational schedules.
• Coordinate and consolidate schedules from project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively propose solutions.
• Analyse critical paths and optimize schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera, Asta, Microsoft Project)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
