FLT FORKLIFT DRIVERS (VNA, REACH) and PPT Drivers (Powered Pallet Truck) NEEDED WITH IMMEDIATE START DATES.

LOCATION: Worksop, Blyth, S81 8GN

Before applying please check if you can commute to the location of the warehouse, especially if you rely on public transport. 

ROLES:   

• PPT drivers (Powered Pallet Truck-training completion certificate is required),
• VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) FLT Forklift Driver (Forklift training completion certificate is required)
• REACH FLT Forklift Driver (Forklift training completion certificate is required)

MHE training completion certification requirements: 

• External forklift licenses (training and certification obtained through a third-party training provider) usually accredited by organizations like RTITB, CITB, AITT, ITSSAR, NPORS are accepted
• In-House forklift licences are accepted
• Refresher forklift training certificate is accepted, but candidate will be required to provide original forklift training certificate 
• PPT Powered Pallet Truck training completion certificate is required

Our client based in Harworth near Worksop (S81 8GN) is a national business that specialises in 3rd party logistics for large FMGC companies.

This involves operating different types MHE (Reach, VNA, PPT) and distribution of their products within the required timeframes.

They are requiring a number of MHE trained operatives to join their growing team as this is a new site which has fantastic facilities (a new canteen, huge car park, changing rooms and a clean, fresh and well-organised warehouse facility).

These roles are offered on a 12 weeks Temporary to Permanent basis and the training opportunities offer the chance for further personal development.

Hours

• 4 on / 4 off Days 06:00-18:00

Or

• 4 on / 4 off Nights 18:00-06:00

Some roles are also available on Monday to Friday 6-2/2-10 weekly rotating or Monday to Friday 10pm-6am, but all workers need to be aware that these will move to the 4 on /4 off pattern in due course.

Pay Rates

• All Day shifts - £12.69 per hour

• All Night Shifts - £14.44 per hour

As mentioned, these roles are offered on a 12 weeks temp to perm basis and you will qualify for all of the perks and benefits that our client offers once you start your permanent contract.
