Pay: - £12.75-14.00 per hour

Hours of work: - Wednesday to Sunday 8am-4pm

About the role: -

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to progress to permanent should the opportunity arise.

Job Overview: -

As an Onsite Account Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and recruitment teams, ensuring smooth operations, fostering strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in coordinating recruitment activities on-site, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure the successful placement of candidates.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Liaise between the client and the recruitment teams, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, support onboarding and ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Facilitate, schedule and conduct interviews onsite.
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews, placements and candidate information on the CRM.
  • Conduct DBS and reference checks and assist with the onboarding process for new starters.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss staffing needs, recruitment strategies and performance updates.
  • Manage staffing plans in line with the client requirements.
  • Conduct performance conversations on the shop floor to ensure all candidates understand their KPI’s whilst offering support and improvements required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal recruitments related to recruitment.

Experience/Skills: -

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Previous Administration or Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.

With the requirements of the client, for the successful candidate, we would need to complete a DBS check and two years of referencing.
