Our client a global tech firm is seeking a IT Office Administrator to join their team in Pretoria on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment. The IT Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support the IT office and administrative flows in relation to procurement, invoice processing, hardware requests and day to day office management. 2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Grade 12. Finance related Diploma would be advantageous • High level of MS Office proficiency – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint experience preferred • Proven work experience as a sales administrator or support person • Must be detail orientated • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Team player with a high level of dedication • Clear criminal record • Experience on SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes is advantageous • A minimum of 1 years' experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role • Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards • Experience in financial reporting • Superb organizational and time management abilities • Great collaboration and communication skills • General ad-hoc projects • Own reliable transport • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks • Able to work with minimal supervision • Self-motivated and disciplined • Able to adhere to deadlines 3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: • Executing to completion all IT Hardware and software requests across the group • Processing of all IT procurement related tasks and activities to completion • Processing of all monthly invoices in a timely manner • Vendor management procurement and invoicing • Tracking and tracing all IT related procurement, invoice and payments related flows to completion • Gathering, analysing, and interpreting relevant financial and operational IT data • Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks • Must have knowledge of procurement processes • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations • Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration • Handling all IT office related administrative activities i.e., organising staff events, team building activities, office supplies are fully stocked, handling of building management issues with relevant vendors tec. • Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks • Assisting with budget cycles • Assisting with financial reports 4.
