Because exceptional wellness experiences begin with exceptional leadership.

At The President Hotel, we’re looking for an experienced, people-focused and hands-on Spa Manager who is comfortable leading from the front. This role requires strong spa management experience combined with a practical, hands-on approach. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform spa treatments when operationally required, oversee and support the spa reception area when needed, and ensure a seamless and professional guest journey from arrival through to treatment and departure.

This is not a purely office-based management role. We need a Spa Manager who enjoys being visible within the operation, supporting the team during busy periods, engaging with guests, assisting with treatments when needed, and taking ownership of both the treatment and reception areas of the spa.

Our spa plays an important role in our guests’ overall experience, providing a professional and welcoming environment where wellbeing, personalised service and attention to detail come together.

As we continue our journey toward luxury, we’re looking for a Spa Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a professional spa or luxury wellness environment, including previous supervisory or management experience and a stable, progressive employment history demonstrating commitment and career growth. Previous experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel spa or luxury hospitality environment will be a strong advantage.

If you enjoy leading people, being close to the operation, building relationships with guests and team members, and taking ownership of service standards and daily spa operations, this opportunity is for you.
