Full Time Days
Salary: up to £13 per hour (Dependent Upon Relevant Experience) + Benefits

Requirements

- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Hold or be willing to undertake a DBS check
- To inspire and lead the team to continuously improve and implement latest best practice in care
- To deliver and supervise care in accordance to the care plans for each individual and in line with the Quality Management System, training and verbal instructions from the Care Manager.
- To ensure health and safety of self and customers through best practice in all aspects of work and in line with Westward Care Health and Safety guidelines.
- To ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and to the required standard within agreed timeframes
