Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a growing team based in Sandton. You will focus on selling a comprehensive portfolio of IT solutions and services to businesses of all sizes. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established IT services company known for delivering tailored solutions across multiple industries

What you'll do

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement, etc.)
  • Understand clients' IT requirements and present relevant solutions from our portfolio
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
