Please note:

• This is an in-office role, and candidates must be based in Ballito or surrounding areas.
• Office-based | Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable in a lively open-plan office, and brings positive energy to every task. You should be confident working on a PC, quick to pick up new systems, and have a natural ability to stay focused and efficient in a busy, people-driven environment

You'll play a key role in supporting our recruiters by reviewing advert responses, identifying top candidates, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role calls for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and enjoys connecting with others daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and expectations
• Review and shortlist candidates from advert responses across various industries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal system
• Contribute to candidate shortlisting and selection discussions
• Share insights and ideas with the team to continuously improve our processes
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

Requirements:

• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (Degree / Diploma / Certificate)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic personality with high emotional intelligence
• Comfortable engaging with new people daily, both in person and over the phone
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
