Job Description

A Mining house based in the Mpumalanga region is looking for an Occupational Hygiene Manager 12.1 appointee

Duties:

Develop and implement occupational hygiene programs, policies, and procedures to control exposure to harmful substances and prevent occupational illnesses

Qualifications/Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Hygiene or related science at NQF Level 7

COM Advanced Certificate in Mine Environmental Control

Must have experience as a 12.1 appointee within deep level gold mining environemnt.

Member Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa and/or registration as an Occupational Hygienist with the South African Institute of Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH)
