About the Role:
Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing powerful brand strategies that deliver volume, value, and profit growth. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Sales, Customer Channel, R&D, and Packaging teams to bring compelling product and marketing solutions to life.

Lead the development and execution of full brand plans using shopper and consumer insights.

Drive innovation and renovation projects across product, packaging, pricing, and promotions.

Partner with creative agencies to roll out both ATL and BTL campaigns.

Leverage data to drive brand health, track marketing ROI, and grow market share.

Own daily brand operations, including forecasting, performance tracking, spend management, and media planning.

Provide guidance and mentorship to a Junior Brand Manager.
Required Skills:

5+ years in brand or marketing management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods

Proven track record in driving cross-functional projects and launching innovation to market

Insight-led thinker with strong financial acumen and commercial savvy

Strong knowledge of both retail and direct-to-consumer environments

Digitally savvy with a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem

Confident leader with experience managing or mentoring junior talent

Relevant tertiary qualification (B.Com, Marketing, Business, or similar)
