Job Title: Account Director We’re working with a well established digital agency that delivers high impact digital content and campaigns for high profile clients. They’re now looking for an Account Director to join the team, taking ownership of a key, long standing flagship account. It’s a really important role within the agency, with plenty of visibility and responsibility. This role is less about hands on delivery day to day, and more focused on leading the client relationship, keeping everything running smoothly across multiple partners, and identifying opportunities to grow the account. What you’ll be doing Acting as the senior point of contact for the client, building relationships. Keeping stakeholders aligned across multiple agencies and workstreams Making sure the client feels supported, listened to, and confident in how things are running Feeding back what you’re hearing from the client into the team to help shape the work. Keeping internal teams and leadership aligned and up to date on progress Spotting opportunities within the account to add value. Taking ownership of account growth and how it contributes to wider agency performance The experience you’ll need Experience at Account Director level or above in an agency setting.
