What you’ll be doing
Creating inspiring and effective paid social campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver results
Developing wider paid media strategies that help clients achieve their goals
Setting up, managing and optimising campaigns across social, search and programmatic platforms
Turning campaign data into clear, meaningful updates for clients
Exploring new ideas and creative formats to keep campaigns fresh and engaging
Supporting and mentoring a small team of paid media specialists
Staying curious and keeping up to date with the latest trends in digital and social media marketing
The experience you’ll need
Experience in a paid media role within an agency
Good knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for producing award-winning work
