- Ensure all branch alarms are connected to and monitored by the NCC, responding promptly according to documented procedures (MSP 16.10).
- Ensure that vulnerable vehicle coordinates are transmitted exclusively from the branch control room to the NCC and JOC (MSP Directive).
- Activate the Incident Management Procedure immediately upon notification (panic button activation, live CCTV alerts, off-route alerts) and execute emergency operational responses, including remote vehicle shutdown.
3. Equipment Oversight and Administrative Management
- Identify tracking units not transmitting data, investigate causes, and provide feedback within 48 hours.
- Ensure tracking equipment remains fully functional and report any damage or faults to the Fleet Manager without delay.
- Manage proper handover of all equipment during shift changes, confirming all items are operational.
- Adhere strictly to all procedures and conduct regular reviews to maintain standards.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and standards (MSP).
- Respond promptly to colleagues’ safety concerns and conduct investigations as required.
- Contribute to the design, development, review, implementation, and monitoring of departmental safety plans.
