Isosceles HR is recruiting on behalf of Ingleton Partners Ltd.

At Ingleton Partners, we want to hear from graduates who are interested in training towards professional tax status and building a great future as a tax specialist in UK/US private client tax.

To ensure you succeed we’ll provide the training and support you need, interesting and complex clients to work on, combined with the responsibility and autonomy to allow you to grow in this unique area of international tax. You’ll work with experienced supportive professionals, receive a funded path to a professional qualification, and face the kind of challenges that turn smart graduates into confident tax professionals.

About Ingleton Partners Ltd

We are a boutique private client tax firm based in West London, specialising in US & UK tax. We work closely with high-net-worth individuals, many who are subject to both UK and US taxes. The firm today is owned by an Employee Ownership Trust – for the benefit of its employees. Since our founding we have always promoted from within: the current management team are all original partners or have been with the firm from the start of their careers.

We have numerous social events throughout the year and our annual away conference. In addition to a competitive salary, we operate a profit-based bonus scheme, exam success bonuses and an annual EOT (Employee Ownership Trust) bonus.

About You

You’ll be a recent graduate who has achieved, or is predicted to achieve, a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) degree. You’ll have to quickly establish yourself as an integral part of the Ingleton Partners team, so you’ll thrive working in a collaborative environment and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The Role

We are looking for several candidates to join our team in June 2026 on a full-time basis, working from our West London office. The successful candidates will join a diverse team of driven and friendly professionals. You will work in a relaxed but professional environment.

From day one you will gain experience on the job, and your primary role will entail communicating with clients and helping our team prepare US and UK income tax returns, UK and US tax calculations and US information returns. This will be the prime focus of your work. In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare engagement letters and client acceptance documentation and walk clients through our take on procedures;
  • Take responsibility for all client matters as directed by the Managers and Directors;
  • Begin to develop professional relationships and build trust with clients;
  • Be aware of and adhere to budgets as well as deadlines and communicate issues;
  • Rise to the challenge of learning two systems of taxation (UK and USA) and understanding how they interact.

Salary: £30,800 per annum.

Professional Training

Within your first year we will expect you to start your study towards a professional qualification e.g. ATT (the Association of Taxation Technicians) and the firm will provide you with a training contract and pay for the necessary taught courses, course materials, revision courses, exam and membership fees. We will also provide paid study leave to put you in the best position to pass on your first attempt.

In addition, we’ll provide regular internal learning sessions and training throughout the year to keep developing your skills and knowledge.

What You Need

Our minimum requirements are:

  • Have, or be predicted to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent), ideally in a discipline with a numeracy base.
  • 3 A Levels (or equivalent), with at least two at grades A*-B.
