Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Parcel Distribution
Location: Basildon, Essex
Hours: Shifts available daily 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour

Join a thriving parcel distribution centre in Basildon, Essex, as a Warehouse Operative on the afternoon shift.

This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, energy, and efficiency are key. You’ll be working as part of a high-performing team, ensuring parcels are processed and dispatched on time.

PLEASE NOTE: FIRST TWO WEEKS MAY INVOLVE TRAINING AT DIFFERENT LOCATION IN KENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and scanning parcels quickly and accurately

• Labelling items and preparing them for dispatch

• Loading and unloading vehicles as required

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Meeting performance targets in a time-sensitive setting

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong numerical skills – must be confident with basic maths

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable

• A reliable, team-focused attitude with good timekeeping

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
