Role Overview:

Are you a skilled Welder/Fabricator looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our manufacturing facility near Dover! We're seeking talented individuals to weld steel of various thicknesses using MIG techniques. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of work, interpreting engineering drawings accurately, and adapting to new skills as needed. Safety, quality, and productivity are our priorities, and we're looking for team players who share our commitment.

Welder/Fabricator Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel of different thicknesses
• Prior experience of structural steel desirable. 
• Maintain high workmanship standards
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Be flexible and eager to learn new skills
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively within a team
• Uphold excellent timekeeping and attendance

Welder/Fabricator Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude towards timekeeping and attendance
