🔧 Machine Operative Feeder – Northampton 🔧
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Temporary Day Shift for Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Temp to perm £29000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Machine Operative Feeder to join our clients team in Northampton. This role involves feeding materials into machinery and ensuring smooth operation throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed materials into machines efficiently and safely
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work the initial day shift for training

Shift Details:

• Main Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Training Period: First few weeks on day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
