🍽️ Job Opportunity: Pick and Packer – Food Production Factory 🍽️

Location: Newton Abbott
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £12.25–£12.75 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Pick and Packers to join our fast-paced food production team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in a busy environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and packing food products according to order specifications
• Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packing area
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times
• Working within a freezer environment – temperatures can be cold

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
