Job Advert: Site Services Administrator
Location: Kettering
FTE: Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for additional hours)
Reports to: HR Business Partner
Contract: 6 – 12 months (with the view to a permanent role for the right candidate)

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy contributing to the smooth operation of a busy site? We are seeking a Site Services Administrator to join our clients team in Burton Latimer.

About the Role:

As a Site Services Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the site. You will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, managing site contracts, supporting agency staff, and providing general administrative assistance across various departments. Your role will be critical in maintaining a well-organized and efficient workplace while contributing to the overall success of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Administration: Ensure the reception is staffed professionally, manage visitor and contractor sign-ins, handle phone calls, and ensure all post and deliveries are sorted and managed effectively.
Site Contracts Management: Oversee and manage site contracts including cleaning, laundry, landscaping, and vending services.
Agency Staff Support: Process timesheets and calculate working hours for agency staff.
Travel & Accommodation: Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for Supply Chain staff.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to HR and other departments, including invoice scanning and supporting hygiene audits.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to quality and food safety procedures and instructions.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is methodical, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Previous administrative experience, ideally within an operational or manufacturing setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
