📦 General Operative – Chard

Location: Chard Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–14:30 Pay: £12.21 – £13.50 per hour

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of a busy environment? We’re looking for a proactive Operative to join our team in Chard.

🛠 Role Responsibilities

• Handling general duties, including packaging and dispatch

• Completing accurate paperwork and documentation

• Managing stock levels and contributing to stock control systems

• Ensuring goods are prepared and sent out on time and in good condition

Note: FLT experience is not required – full training provided via Train to Progress (T2P).

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of English (written and verbal)

• Good head for organisation and logistics

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous experience in stores or warehouse work preferred but not essential
