Job Description:           Warehouse Team Leader

Location:                       Kettering

Hours:                           0600-1400, some weekend working

Salary:                          Up to £31,556 per annum (DOE)

My Kettering based client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis on their early shift.

As a Team Leader, you won’t just be managing the day-to-day, you’ll be shaping the future of the team. You’ll inspire, coach, and develop a group of individuals, helping them grow, all while managing and exceeding, safety, quality and productivity goals. You’ll be the go-to person for creating a positive, inclusive and high performing environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

You’ll have a natural ability to build strong relationships, be someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and knows how to keep the wheels turning. While still having a focus on resource management, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. An ability to coach, mentoring and influence change will be what sets you apart for this role.

The client offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
