At Interaction Recruitment , we support clients within the Catering and Hospitality Industry across the UK.

Our clients include Contract Caterers , Event Companies, Hotels , Carehomes and Schools.

We’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to bring their flair and finesse to our team. 

Working hours are Monday - friday based within a School. 

A DBS check would be essential prior to offering a start date. 

🍽️ What You’ll Be Doing

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of preparation, presentation, and hygiene. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your section

• Managing and mentoring junior staff

• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Maintaining stock control and reducing waste

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s passionate, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients

• A keen eye for detail and presentation

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A Level 2 Food Safety certificate (or willingness to obtain)
