💼 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Sector
📍 Letchworth | 🕒 Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:30pm
💰 £28,000 – £40,000 (Negotiable DOE)

Are you an ambitious recruiter ready to take ownership of your desk and drive success in your own patch? We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Letchworth team, specialising in industrial recruitment – both temporary and permanent placements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by building long-term client relationships and delivering results. If you want to run a business within a business, we’ll give you the platform and backing to make it happen.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a warm desk across the industrial sector

• Placing temporary and permanent staff into a range of industrial roles

• Developing new business through proactive sales and networking

• Delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates

• Working collaboratively with a driven and supportive team

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous B2B experience (ideally within the industrial sector)

• Confident with both temps and perms – or willing to learn

• Proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded

• Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills

• Someone who treats their desk like their own business
