Position: 360 Machine Operator
Location: Northampton (accepting candidates from surrounding areas)
Pay: £20 to £25 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work available

About the Role:

We’re looking for skilled and safety-conscious 360 Excavator Operators to join our expanding team. You’ll be working on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects, operating machines above and below 10 tonnes. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with excellent pay and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently
• Carry out digging, grading, trenching, and lifting operations
• Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Work closely with groundworkers and site supervisors
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site protocols

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Card with 360 Excavator endorsement
• Proven experience operating 360 machines on active sites
• Good understanding of site safety and machine operation
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
• Own PPE and transport (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
