We’re currently recruiting experienced Parcel Sorters to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Aylesford.

The Role:

• Sorting parcels by postcode

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

• Using handheld scanners to track and manage parcels (if experienced)

• Keeping work areas clean and organised

• Working effectively as part of a team

• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and speed in a time-sensitive environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in parcel sorting, warehouse, or a similar fast-paced manual role is essential

• Experience using handheld scanners is advantageous

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and movement

• Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Flexible with working days – this is a 7-day operation
