Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Birkenhead
Pay Rate: £20 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

The Role
We’re looking for a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator with proven experience working with stainless steel pipework. Based in our client's Birkenhead workshop, you'll be fabricating and welding stainless components to a high standard, working from detailed drawings and P&IDs. This is a full-time, long-term role with sociable weekday hours and a competitive pay rate of £20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

TIG welding stainless pipework (Sch10/40) to a coded standard

Interpreting and working from engineering drawings

Fabricating components to tight tolerances

Maintaining quality and safety standards in a workshop environment

What You’ll Need:

Current coding in stainless TIG welding (essential)

Minimum 3 years’ fabrication experience, including reading and working from technical drawings

Extensive TIG welding experience with carbon and stainless steel in 6G position

Ability to work independently with a strong eye for detail
