Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver

Location: Daventry
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Nights (7pm–7am)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative with double handler counterbalance experience to join a busy warehouse operation in Daventry.

This role involves a mix of warehouse duties and counterbalance forklift work, supporting day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift with double handler attachment
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock movement
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working to deadlines and following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance FLT licence (double handler experience essential)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
