Are you an experienced Forklift Counterbalance operator with a strong background in warehouse work? We’re recruiting for a straight-to-permanent position with a growing company – offering long-term stability and career progression for the right candidate!

💼 The Role:

• 50% Forklift Counterbalance / 50% Warehouse Operative
• Manual handling up to 18kg
• Receiving, handling, and stacking pallets with boxed products
• 12-hour shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off (08:00–20:00)
• Some evening and night shifts may be required during busy peak periods
• Shift patterns may change depending on business demand

💰 Pay Rates:

• £13.76/hour – Forklift Counterbalance
• £14.33/hour – If you also hold a Flexi licence

✅ Requirements:

• FULL Counterbalance licence required (in-date)
• Experience essential in both forklift and warehouse roles
• FLEXI licence is a bonus (higher pay rate applies)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Must be able to drive – location is not accessible by public transport
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including potential evenings or nights
