Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Private Members Club Location: Central London Salary: £36,000 + Tronc + Christmas Bonus Hours: 40 hours per week + Paid Overtime

We’re recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at a prestigious private members club in the heart of Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a refined and fast-paced environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-end F&B offering.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
A passion for exceptional service and attention to detail
A calm and confident communicator with strong leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and support the F&B Manager in running smooth service across restaurant, bar, and events operations.
