We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen team at one of London's prestigious members' clubs.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience of working in high-end, fine dining restaurant, hotel or Club kitchens in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of cooking British cuisine
• Flexibility to work on weekends/bank holidays
• A calm, can-do attitude- even when the heat’s on
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Offer:

• Basic salary up to £34k + tronc
• 40 hours/week
