The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to an exceptional standard. You’ll work with an experienced team in a well-equipped kitchen where quality, consistency, and passion for food are at the heart of everything we do.

Prepare and present dishes with attention to detail and pride.
Work across sections and support the wider kitchen team.
Contribute to menu planning and daily specials.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
