Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef De Partie to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and a commitment to using fresh ingredients. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes.
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Manage food stocks and supplies.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £36,000-£38,000 per year
