Junior Sous Chef, B&I London £36k, Monday to Friday We have a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef at our clients’ site based in the City of London. Working within corporate environment, the site caters for high volume staff dining and extensive hospitality. Food is modern and everything is made fresh on site. What you will be doing:
With food being the heart of the site, you will be a foodie with a real handle on current trends and concepts including street food and healthy eating as well as a keenness to push new ideas forward and be creative with dishes. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with some evenings (paid overtime) What are looking for:
