Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy client in Hatfield on an on-going temp basis. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, physical activity, and use of systems like SAP and ServiceNow. Full training provided.

The working hours are: 

This role involves:

• Receive and log returned equipment from field engineers

• Process parts for scrap, storage, repair, or warranty

• Use SAP and other systems to update stock and warranty details

• Create and manage RMAs and track items through repair cycles

• Dispatch items using courier systems and prepare shipping documents

• Pick and place stock using automated systems

• Meet performance targets and maintain SLA timelines

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems is a plus

• Able to work in a physical, fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with serial number and asset tracking

• Positive attitude, punctual, and willing to learn

• Full-time only!
