Job Opportunity: TIG Welder / Fabricator – Temp to Perm
Location: Ulverston
Pay: £12.85 – £16.49 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:45pm (38 hours/week)

Are you a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a reputable and growing manufacturer, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role Includes:

General fabrication and TIG welding of stainless steel (circular and square hollow sections)

Operating a wide range of fabrication machinery

Using jigs to assemble parts accurately

Reading and interpreting job specifications, engineering drawings, and work orders

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You:

Experience with stainless and mild steel is preferred (but not essential)

Confident reading and working from engineering drawings

A team player with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude

Flexible with overtime when required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
