Production Operatives – Immediate Starts Available!

Location: Yatton

Shifts: Monday to Friday – 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 (fixed shifts)

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.45 per hour

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Yatton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with the potential for a permanent role after a successful trial period.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team environment, supporting various areas of the manufacturing and production process. Key tasks include:

• Product assembly
• Operating Machines
• Picking and packing orders
• General dispatch and warehouse duties

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Experience:

• Background in manufacturing or production (desirable but not essential)
• Warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)

Essential Skills:

1. Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
2. Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Committed to maintaining high quality standards
5. Positive, self-motivated attitude
6. Able to work both independently and as part of a team
