A law firm in South East London are looking for a property locum to help out starting from week commencing 14th April 2025 for a period of around 2 months. For this role, you will need to:
 
·Have 5+ years PQE.
·Have already completed - or be willing to complete - CQS training. While the firm would be happy to provide the training, this is non-negotiable due to the requirements of their CQS accreditation.
·Be willing to be added to lender panels if needed.
·Be able to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing.
·Also have experience of commercial property.
 
This is a full-time role and office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm. You will need to be office-based for this one as remote/hybrid working is not available.
