A Manchester-based law firm are looking for a corporate locum to assist starting immediately on an ad hoc basis. Initially this will be to deal with a couple of cases relating to SME buying/selling and shareholder agreements. However, it could also lead to further ad hoc work on an ongoing basis. 1-2 days' work per week maximum at the outset although it is very ad hoc and should fit around existing commitments relatively easily.
