A law firm in Lancashire are looking for a landlord & tenant locum to assist for a period of approximately 3-6 months. This is to help out with an increased workload and the role would predominantly be handling possession claims (accelerated, PCOL or paper-based standard possession claims) with some notice preparation and checking of junior members' work.

You will ideally be available on a full-time hybrid working basis although the firm are willing to consider other options for the right candidate.
