PURPOSE OF THE JOB
|
To provide essential administrative and secretarial support within the Office of the CEO while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office operations.
|
OUTPUTS /RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Assist the Manager: CEO and PA with ad hoc activities/tasks related to the successful implementation of the mandate of the CEO’s office.
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks
- Performs administrative duties required
- Document management of the division
- Assist in report writing
- Assist in coordination of workshops, meetings, and information sessions
- Minutes taking during meetings
- Assist with all queries in the office of the CEO
- Management of the operations, governance and strategic partnerships (project management and/or coordination) and stakeholder management
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the CEO’s office
- Perform any reasonable task as and when required.
- Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
- Assist with traveling logistics..

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
Grade 12 and;
Masters in Business Administration or Public Administration
Experience
No experience required.
|
