a) Troubleshoot all technology issues
b) Maintain log and /or list of required repairs and maintenance.
c) Research current and potential resources and services
d) Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
e) Provide network access to all staff and other stakeholders
f) Install network cables
g) Connect and set up hardware
h) Load all required software
i) Provide network accounts and password
j) Monitor installation of lock out programs
k) Install and maintain proof and passwords
l) Input and maintain IP address
m) Advise staff of security breach and /or change in password or security status
f) Monitor hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.

- Facilitate helpdesk services.
a) Conduct quality technical support service to clients.
b) Provide support in windows-based software systems with a networking component.
c) Provide technical support on answering telephone, communicating with clients, diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions, troubleshooting problems, replacing hardware and installing new software on clients’ machines.
